Dr. Katarzyna Becker

Graduate of the Medical University of Silesia (1995). Orthodontist with 20 years of professional experience. Associated with two orthodontic practices: ORTODONCJA BECKER (Medicover) in Bielsko-Biała (since 2002), where she conducts postgraduate training in orthodontics (accredited by the Ministry of Health), and STUDIO ORTODONCJI CYFROWEJ (Medicover) in Katowice (since 2018).

Her professional interests include: anchorage control (mini-implants, surgical acceleration methods), and digital techniques in orthodontics. For many years, she has been conducting courses and training for orthodontists on the use of orthodontic mini-implants, second-class correctors, surgical methods supporting orthodontic treatment, and interdisciplinary treatment. Since 2011, she has been a lecturer at the University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała.

In 2014, she was one of the first to start working with the Invisalign system in Poland. Since 2019, she has been a lecturer at Align Technology. Author of numerous publications on orthodontics, interdisciplinary dentistry, and speech therapy, lecturer at Polish and international scientific conferences.

She is the president and co-founder of the Polish Aligner Academy, as well as an active member of the Polish Orthodontic Society, the World Federation of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists, the European Aligner Society, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Alligner Orthodontie.
