DENTAL SPAGHETTI CONGRESS is a part of the KRAKDENT-edu Training Program.
1. In order to participate in the KRAKDENT-edu Training Program you need to send a correctly filled on-line application and make a payment: on-line through dotpay or by traditional bank transfer, according to the date placed on the proforma invoice (the date of sending the transfer is important).

PLEASE INDICATE PROFORMA NUMBER OR PARTICIPANT'S NAME IN THE TITLE OF THE PAYMENT.
2. The price includes: KRAKDENT-edu badge (entitles you to participate in the selected medical course, access to the Fair and to the companies' trainings and lectures for 3 days, except for trainings and lectures for which there is an entry fee charged by the companies-orga-nizers); training materials, lunch/lunchpack, coffee break (according to the program) and a personal certificate in PDF format.
3. Early registration: the lower price for participation in KRAKDENT-edu is valid provided that the Participant sends a properly completed online registration form and makes the payment no later than 29.02.2024 (the date of sending the transfer is important). From 1.03.2024, higher prices for participation in courses apply.
4. DENTAL SPAGHETTI - discount: a participant entitled to a discount (trainee, student, dental technician) is required to send the following documents within 3 days of registration: student - a copy of the student ID card; trainee doctor - a copy of the temporary license to practice; dental technician - a copy of the diploma.

5. DENTAL SPAGHETTI - discount packages: the lower price of the selected seminar/practical course is valid if purchased together with participation in the Congress. It is not possible to convert the participation in the congress and the seminar or practical course purchased separately into a discount package. The discount can be obtained only once.
6. Course for dental assistants and dental hygienists - discount: a participant entitled to a discount as a student / post-secondary student is required to send a copy of the student ID card or a certificate from the school that he is a student, within 3 days of registration. The discount applies to those studying/learning to become a dental assistant/hygienist.

7. Course and workshops for dental assistants and hygienists - discount packages:
- package: when purchasing participation in a min four workshops, each workshop costs PLN 200. It is not possible to convert to a discount package purchased separately participation in workshops
- discount packages are valid until places are sold out.
8. Payment should be made in accordance with the payment deadline specified on the proforma invoice. Kindly note that timely payment is the final confirmation of participation and the basis for obtaining a lower price in the case of early registration.
9. In case of cancellation of participation in KRAKDENT-edu Training Program until 29.02.2024 Participant is entitled to a refund of 80% of the paid amount, in case of cancellation from 1.03.2024 the Participant is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
10. The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the KRAKDENT-edu Training Program for reasons beyond its control. In case of changes, the current version of the program will be available at

11. Certificates of participation: personal certificates confirming participation in the training courses will be prepared in PDF format and sent after the end of the Fair to the email addresses of the Participants. Certificates should be sent up to one month after the Fair depending on the number of registrations.
12. Final Invoices: The Participant has the option to issue a final invoice on his/her user account from 12.04.2024 to 15.05.2024.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application without giving any reason.
